Carilynn Coombs is an agri-business woman with a passion for entrepreneurship and building community. In the spring of 2018, when her family's farm was told they had 90 days to find a new place to send their milk, the heartbreaking decision to sell all of their cows was made. In a series of months a game plan was developed to get them back to milking by establishing an ice cream trailer, an on-farm marketplace, and a milk processing facility. This would give them the ability to milk cows and sell their products directly to their customers.

Along with her husband and the Coombs family, she owns and operates Jericho Farmhouse. They are currently in their second season for the ice cream trailer and have broken ground on their on-farm marketplace. Carilynn has an extensive background in digital media and working with agri-businesses to build content for websites, social platforms, and developing their brand. Carilynn has her B.S. in Agricultural Communications and Animal Science from the University of Kentucky. Carilynn and her husband reside in Henry County with their 3 children.
