However, most of us operate totally unaware of our emotional state. Given the international reality of business in today’s economy, having the ability to read the emotional responses of people from diverse backgrounds and different cultures is vital to one’s success. Moreover, operating under the restrictions of the COVID pandemic makes developing our leadership skills paramount as we face uncertainty, constant change, and increasing stress.
